Forum and general EO protocol are designed to provide a structured framework that demands commitment. Your commitment is vital not only for your own success in your EO journey but also for the collective success of all EO members.

Before joining, your membership chair will provide a detailed explanation of the minimum commitment expected from you. To help you gauge if EO is the right fit for you, we have prepared a checklist outlining what we anticipate from our members and what you can anticipate from EO. While you have the flexibility to invest varying degrees of time in EO, we recommend evaluating the suggested minimum commitments below.

What You Can Expect From The Chapter In The Next 90 Days

  • You will be placed in a Forum (upon completion of Forum training)

  • The Member Engagement Chair will contact you to welcome you and answer any questions you may have

  • You will be introduced to our Members by way of the monthly newsletter as well as at in-person events

  • You will receive a login to the EO Network, where you can access all of your Membership tools and resources and connect with 17,500+ entrepreneurs around the world

  • Your Chapter Member Concierge will be in contact to show you where to navigate your Membership tools and resources, as well as understand your entrepreneurial goals to support you on your EO journey

  • You will receive a new member's kit from EO Global

  • You will be kept in the loop of upcoming events and Membership opportunities via emails, closed WhatsApp Groups, Facebook Groups and SMS

  • An open ear to help make your first 90 days a great experience. If we are not meeting your needs, ASK so we can meet and exceed your expectations!

What The Chapter Expects From You

“EO is a gym, not a day spa”

  • Attend at least six learning/social events per year

  • Contribute proactively to the experience of others and be positive and bold when sharing your experiences with other EOers

  • Contribute to the leadership of your EO Forum

  • Complete all post-event surveys

  • Complete the annual Global survey

  • Refer one qualified prospective member

  • Be familiar with our Strategic Alliance partners and support them when possible

  • Confidentiality - 'what's said in the room stays in the room'

  • Abide by the non-solicitation policy

  • Respect every EO Member's EO Forum experience

  • Boldly go and take advantage of the EO Global contacts

  • Be respectful of your EO Board members; they're busy entrepreneurs just like you and are volunteering their time to make your experience great

  • Treat our chapter staff like your EO peers; they are here to help
