The booking process for Moderators (for forum meeting use): Please follow this process to book your forum meeting or complimentary day pass.
Forums, only through the Moderators, are eligible for one 4-hour meeting per month and members can book 1 complimentary day pass per day.
Prior to following this process please ensure your account is set up by claiming your CreativeCubes.Co membership via creativecubes.co/eo. Book via your account on portal.creativecubes.co.
Email hello@creativecubes.co your booking reference number and forum name (minimum 24 hours notice)
The Happiness Team will mark your booking as free forum use
Please note, CreativeCubes.co require all bookings to follow the above process.
Failure to do so will result in payment being taken with no option for credits or refunds. If you have any questions you can reach them by emailing hello@creativecubes.co or calling 1300 C CUBES (228 237).
The booking process for Members: Please sign up for an account to claim your membership. Once this is received the Happiness Team will confirm your EO membership and then activate your account.
Once your account is ready complimentary day passes can be booked online via the button at https://creativecubes.co/eo/. Your discount will be automatically added to the check-out when you confirm your booking.
Only moderators can book complimentary meeting rooms. Please contact the EO Administrator for a copy of your discount code.

Cost: Complimentary use of rooms for EO Melbourne forum meetings, but charge at discounted rates for business. You may need to use CreativeCubes.Co for your personal enterprise and for that, we’ve built a special price list (ex GST):
Meeting room access is $28 per hour
Boardroom access is $60 per hour
Day pass access for colleagues & associates is $29 each
Collaborative membership is $310 per month
15% off event space venue hire
Available Hours: Cubes is available 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for booking. Collaborative Membership (24x7 Access + 4 hours/Month; Meeting Room Use - FREE); $350/month (normally $500)
*Note: For more information on the Hawthorn venue, click here. CreativeCubes.Co booking times are only up until 5 pm, with one forum meeting every 6 months.
