On 28 November 2025, EO Melbourne was proud to host the launch of our new Senior Leadership Program, delivered in partnership with Debra Chantry-Taylor and Adam Harris from Business Action.
This program has been created to support the senior leaders who work alongside our EO Members, particularly in entrepreneurial & family businesses that are growing fast, facing increasing complexity, or preparing for their next stage of scale.
The launch session was a fantastic success. Our participants arrived ready to engage, ask challenging questions, connect with one another, and explore what effective leadership looks like in businesses driven by vision, pace & innovation. The energy in the room was outstanding, and the feedback was immediate. They left with practical insights, new tools & a clearer understanding of what it means to work in strong partnership with a founder.
The Senior Leadership Program is a 12-month experience that covers:
Leadership foundations for entrepreneurial and family business environments
Building trust and clarity in the Visionary–Senior Leader partnership
Leading, managing and holding people accountable
Improving communication rhythms for better alignment and less friction
Making faster, clearer decisions with well-defined decision rights
Prioritising, simplifying and building structures that enable growth
Strengthening leadership identity, confidence and influence
Participants also received a Kindle pre-loaded with recommended leadership reading, a comprehensive programme pack, a learning pathway across the full year and a supportive cohort to grow with.
This initiative forms part of EO Melbourne’s commitment to develop stronger leaders, healthier teams and more resilient businesses across our community.
